The Project concept was developed on a land plot area 3,892.26m2 and total enclosed BUA 1,445m2 “ G+2 “ in addition to 1,263m2 basement area.
The concept approach was tailored to target two main functions, the first mainly targeting AURA residents aiming to create a safe and private
environment yet securing a cozy community meeting point that host various activities for residential, and the other function targeting Elite Visitors to enrich project value and revenue, backing premium restaurant and GYM.
